Annayah  is a passionate and enthusiastic Associate Attorney. She completed her LLB degree at the University of Botswana in 2021 and thereafter went on to be admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. Annayah  joined the firm in 2024 and has been an active member of our team.

She began her Pupillage at Collin Duncan & Associates, and completed at Mwiya Law whereafter she was appointed to the position of Associate Attorney. Annayah specialized in medical negligence claims, equipping her with a very valuable skill that she has brought with her to the Firm. She has also gained valuable experience in the corporate commercial field having handled various contract reviews, including usufruct agreements.

She also has practical knowledge in conveyancing gained from drafting conveyancing agreements  for the sale and transfer of immovable property and other real rights. She is further experienced in arbitration procedures, particularly in construction contract law, focusing on the FIDIC Red Book 1999. She has been provided invaluable opportunities to refine her skills in litigation, dispute resolution, client management, and legal documentation across a broad spectrum of legal practice
