A well-rounded individual whose work experience comprises a curious mixture of practice as an attorney and development practitioner.

Farai holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

He wields significant experience working with the non-profit sector. He worked with the Media Institute of Southern Africa- Zimbabwe Chapter during the period spanning from 2010 to 2016. 

Farai ventured into mainstream legal practice in 2017.

Between 2017 and 2020, he worked as a legal practitioner with a Zimbabwean boutique law firm: practising under the name and style; Mudzonga Law Chambers.

Farai was admitted as an attorney within the jurisdiction of Botswana in 2021, where he has practised to date.

Aside from being a keen human rights enthusiast, his preferred areas of legal practice include the following: media law, employment law, administrative law, constitutional law, and corporate/ commercial law.
