Maipelo obtained an LLB degree from the University of Botswana in 2019 and thereafter went on to be admitted as an Attorney of the Courts of Botswana and as a Conveyancer and Notary Public.

Maipelo began her legal career as a pupil attorney at Olatotse Solomon Attorneys, and thereafter joined Khumomotse Law Practice where she was subsequently confirmed as an Assistant Attorney. She then advanced her career as an Associate Attorney with Reza Attorneys until mid-2024, when she joined our firm.

Her primary areas of practice include commercial law litigation and debt recovery, with additional experience in Labour Law.

Outside of her legal work, Maipelo is actively involved in Project-Protect Her, a women-led organization focused on empowering young women and girls in rural areas. This initiative educates them on vital issues such as personal hygiene, HIV/AIDS, and the importance of education.
